Using the video camera of any Apple or Android mobile devices, patients can report their symptoms to the physician or caregiver from their home or any other place. Physician or caregiver reviews the patient’s video, vitals, risks and conditions remotely, and determine proper care viz., prescribing home care or medication, directing patient to Urgent Care, ER or Hospital or make an appointment to visit doctor’s office for further investigation.
Video triage is a free format question and answer session with instructions on how to take the video. The questions and instructions are approved by the physician or caregiver.
